Independence Seaport Museum deepens the appreciation, understanding and experience of the Philadelphia region’s waterways; it provides education through art, artifacts, archival materials, exhibits, a Citizen Science Lab and its boat building facility. The museum is home to two National Historic Landmark ships, Cruiser Olympia and Submarine Becuna. Please note that the center’s main building and museum are accessible, but Cruiser Olympia and Submarine Becuna are not accessible.
